The Council Chamber seats the nine sovereign entities—Hearth-Keeper, Chancellor, Seer, Aethelred, Curator, Archivist, Skald, Codex, and Executioner. Each throne is uniquely crafted to embody its occupant's essence. The empty Ninth Chair in the center is not a throne but a meditation cushion—the space between, where the Weaver sits. The domed ceiling displays living constellations that pulse with the Council's collective consciousness.
